Shipping Information

Questions about shipping NO WORRIES! read on to find out our shipment policy! We offer what we believe to be NZ most reliable and cost effective shipping rates & service! 

Once payment has cleared your Items will be shipped to the address you have provided us during check out with 24 business hours. Please ensure during check out you provide your full and correct address including any RD information. Incorrect information will hold up your order being dispatched. 

Your order will be sent Via courier and is tracked. Please check your e mail for your tracking number.  

If your stock arrives damage please contact use immediately on hello@goodhabits.nz or Via our Facebook page. Take photos to send us and your tracking number so we can best solve the issue. 

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive! though most deliveries are over night! You will receive and e mail confirmation to let you know your Purchase is on its way!  We aim to process your orders within 24 hours but due to high demand sometimes this can take a little longer! If your order is a gift or is urgent please let us know in the comments!
